I think this is probably the best match. Honest, reliable, sincere, tolerant, shy (considering he never speaks), kind. I don't believe the player ever sees a negative side to Link, so I can't say much for the short temper or impulsive nature. When he was a child, I'd consider him a tad naïve, but all children are. (I still am. ^_^;) Both he and Zelda were young, but decided to stop Ganondorf all by themselves. That wasn't very smart, personally. And of course, he'd sacrifice his life for a good cause.

Dog

Honest, quiet, loyal...I think it is safe to assume he is intelligent, as fighting takes strategy and constant cause-and-effect reasoning. He's definitely introverted, but I can't say much for the rest of the analysis, as *points above*, we really don't know. However, I doubt he is a cynic. ^^

I don't know if the "fighting animal" has anything to do with fighting...but it would match. It depends on how you interpret "aggressive," if it applies or not. Of course in battle it would apply to Link; if it refers to the person's normal nature, then I'd say no. Courageous he is, emotional he is not. It mentions risking themselves, whether for good or just out of stupidity, I'm not sure. It seems this sign is half and half.

Ox

Clever, determined, rich in wisdom, (charm?). If anything, it's the player that procrastinates in saving Hyrule or doesn't spend their rupees. I think I bought a green potion once for the fight with Dark Link, but other than that, why spend cash on stuff you can pick up off the ground? ...But I digress. ^^; I doubt Link would be stingy with money, and he definitely would not procrastinate on something as important as...y'know, saving the world. The qualities of the Snake aren't too bad a match.
