All of the extra-special fun items for Link to collect. The question of where he actually keeps all this stuff is an argument for another day. If you're looking for swords, a list of them can be found here.
Fairy Bow
Acquired within the Forest Temple, the Fairy Bow is a major addition to Link's arsenal. The bow can be strung with four different kinds of arrows (including normal arrows), and each arrow serves a unique purpose.
Fire Arrows
The Fire Arrows were obtained by shooting an arrow at the rising sun over the recently renewed Lake Hylia. When shot, the arrows ignite, and catch fire to any object they touch.
Ice Arrows
Link received the Ice Arrows after completing the Gerudo Training Ground. The arrows instantly turn anything they touch into a block of ice.
Light Arrows
Princess Zelda entrusted these special arrows to Link in order to defeat Ganondorf. The Light Arrows are the only weapon that can successfully stun Ganondorf and are necessary to destroy the evil king.
Din's Fire
Link received Din's Fire as a child from the Great Fairy of Magic located near Hyrule Castle. When the magic is called upon, a ring of fire envelops any enemies within a certain radius.
Farore's Wind
The transport spell was found in a cave in Zora's Fountain. Farore's Wind allows Link to create, use, and dispel warp points within temples containing dungeon maps. This spell can be used for escapes, or for quickly returning to a specific location.
Nayru's Love
Nayru's Love was kept hidden near the Desert Colossus, with only a crack in the walls as a clue to its whereabouts. This spell is the only defensive magic Link possesses, and when it is used, creates a protective dome around his body. However, Nayru's Love is not permanent, and will slowly fade, leaving Link vulnerable once again.
Bomb
The all-purpose explosive, bombs can be used as weapons against an enemy, or for use in destroying walls and other obstacles. If held for too long, you can even blow-up yourself. Bombs are so versatile!
Bombchu
Bombchus are the cutest bombs you'll ever see. They are mechanical, and when set off, will race forward in a wobbly line, even climbing walls. They explode after a certain amount of time or after they hit a barrier.
Boomerang
Link's boomerang was obtained within the pink belly of Lord Jabu-Jabu. It can be used to attack or stun an enemy, or to retrieve far-away items.
Deku Nut
Deku Nuts are dropped by Deku Babas and are used to stun enemies. When broken, they make a loud crack and disintegrate into a flash of white light.
Deku Stick
These average-looking pieces of wood are also dropped by Deku Babas. Deku Sticks can be used to create a torch and catch things on fire, or they can be used as a weapon. Although after a hit or two, the stick usually breaks in half.
Fairy Slingshot
Young Link discovered the Fairy Slingshot inside the decaying Great Deku Tree. Link can only use the slingshot when he is a child.
Hookshot/Longshot
The original Hookshot was given as a reward to Link from Dampé, the deceased grave keeper, for completing the underground tunnel without falling behind his lead. The Longshot was later found in the Water Temple as an upgrade to the Hookshot, which made the chain longer. Link can pull enemies closer using these tools, or he can lift himself to a certain location by attaching the hook to a piece of wood.
Megaton Hammer
Link found the huge hammer in the depths of the Fire Temple and utilized it against his fight with Volvagia. The hammer is so heavy that Link needs two hands to carry it, and when it is used, shakes the ground.
