This section features detailed descriptions of all the forms Link has taken throughout Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.

Young Link Link starts his journey in OoT at this age and later takes on Majora. His clothing is typical for anyone belonging to the Kokiri race and includes a green tunic, cap, and brown boots.

Adult Link The age Link is deemed "old enough to be the Hero of Time" by the Master Sword. Don't you hate it when inanimate objects decide your fate? o_O There are few changes to his outfit, but he does gain a pair of gloves and a white undershirt and pants. He also has his ears pierced. When exactly that happened will forever remain a mystery.

Deku Link Probably the cutest, squeakiest form, Deku Link has the ability to be attacked by dogs. :D Wearing the Deku Mask, Link can spin on one foot, shoot bubbles at enemies, hop across bodies of water, and float using a deku flower. Link appears to be a typical Deku, with an added green cap and bottom tunic. His blonde hair transforms into thick wooden strands around his face.

Goron Link Slow as a grandmother with molasses on her high heels, if you don't use the rolling technique, you'll never get anywhere. However, it's unlikely that you won't want to use the rolling technique, because it's just so much freakin' fun! Goron Link can spin pretty fast, even sprouting spikes, so he can run over unsuspecting monsters. Wearing the Goron Mask, Link can also pound the ground, use a powder keg, and participate in races. Link looks just like a member of the Goron race, also sporting his trademark green cap, tunic bottom, and a random bead necklace.

Zora Link Extra-special powers inherited from the Zora Mask are: an awesome barrier that eats Link's magic power alive, boomerangs, karate moves, the ability to play a fish guitar, and the fact that he can breathe under water. That sometimes comes in handy. Link once again keeps the bottom half of his tunic while in Zora form and picks up a leather necklace. Kinky.

Fierce Deity Link When donning the Fierce Deity Mask, young Link becomes his older self, with a few obvious alterations. His hair becomes silvery-white, his tunic a light blue color, and his undershirt and pants turn dark gray along with his gloves. He also wears a metal breastplate with a crescent moon on one side and a triangle on the other.
