Apparently the first was released in November of 2002, but I have yet to find either at any store. Of course, I live in Ohio, and we're always about a year behind on trends and goods. (Wee.) I have seen the other character models done by Joyride Studios and they looked quite good. According to the site, you should be able to find these at Suncoast, or you can order them from their store online for $13.95.

This is an imported Majora's Mask figure that can be bought through AnimeCastle.com for $25.99. In my opinion, Zelda figurines always look a little fugly, but from the picture, this one seems to be okay. ^_^; I don't own it though, (and probably never will for $26) so I guess I really can't say.
