In my opinion he could have been done better. I would have liked
it if Square had explored his character a little more, since he's very useful in the plot.

Zell is just cool. I'm sorry, but that is one of the
few words that fully describes him. His not too cool for life,
but just seems to enjoy living. (Constantly yelling, and pursuing
hotdogs. ^.^) Man, he just rocks! His reactions to things are
so cute, and he's capable of totally kicking some major butt. He's
some of the best comic relief in the game- and I love comic relief!
