Velkome to das kosplay sektion! "Cosplay" combines the words costume and play, and that is exactly what it is. People dressing up like it's Halloween when it's not Halloween nor is it Easter, nor Memorial Day nor Boxing Day nor Bastille Day. The crazyness of cosplay comes from who else but the Japanese. At anime conventions in Japan as well as the United States, fans come dressed up as their favorite anime/manga/jrocker and frolick around like something that frolicks.
